KB's Eats: Chia Chai Pudding

I love me some chia & I really love me some chai,
and I have created the perfect combination!
 
Chia pudding has recently become a popular snack in a number of health communities and I  totally get why! It is easy to make, taste delicious and the nutritional benefits are tremendous!
 
It may not look the most appetizing but trust me this stuff is good.
 
What you need:
Honey [to taste]
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 Chai tea bag
1/2 tbs Cinnamon
2 tbs of Chia Seed
 
 
Start by brewing your tea bag in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes
 
 
Next, add in your almond milk and mix it well before removing the tea bag.
 
 
Now add your 2tbs of Chia seeds and 1/2tbs of cinnamon.  
 
 
Mix it up well!
Make sure everything is blended into the mixture.
Then set it in the fridge to cool.
10 minutes is all you need, however, I usually let it sit longer for a more dense pudding.
 
Once the pudding is set it is time for the final step! Sweetener, I like to use honey, apply as much or as little as you desire. It is completely up to you.
 

There you have it, your chia chai goodness! Like I said, it may not look it, but it taste great and is really easy to make!
